Shipping Information

At Polkadot Shroom Bar, we aim to deliver our unique mushroom chocolate bars to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping, with estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options may also be available depending on your location.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and we are not responsible for any delays that are out of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Polkadot Shroom Bar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Polkadot Shroom Bar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that the receiver is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.
